The Gables Condominium Assoc Docs

Attention All Prospective Buyers-

Please read and become familiar with the Gables Rules, Regulations and Bylaws as found attached to this page.  You will be expected to abide by the Rules, Regulations and Requirements as a requirement of living in a Homeowner's Association.

All Prospective Buyers must fill out the attached application on this page for all owners or occupants over the age of 18 years old.  The cost is $50.00 per person and the background check will not be completed until payment has been received.  All buyers must be approved by the Board of Directors prior to closing of any real estate transaction.
