Short Term Rental Program

Gables Board of Directors (BOD) requires the following for all Short Term Rental's as well as the annual renewals:

  1. Short Term Rental Program Approval Form Signed by Owner and approved by the BOD is required in order to be authorized for Short Term Rentals
  2. Required information such as Local Management, State Registration, Insurance Coverage Requirements and Rental Platform such as AirBnB is to be provided as a part of the approval.
  3. Rules governing the Short Term Rental Program are defined in the Short Term Rental Program documentation found in this section
  4. Short Term Rentals existing prior to this approval process must be approved via this process or terminated by June 1, 2024.

This new Form and process is required for all Short Term Rentals.  Only entire units are eligible for rental/lease of any type within the Gables Condominium complex . This process is also required for ALL annual renewals.

There is no fee assessed as a part of this new form or process.
